This very beautiful and private farm has pasture and many native trees. A nearby creek can be heard from the property. The farm, located in ‘Bajo la Paz’, is almost at the end of the road coming from San Ramon leading to the National Reserve of San Ramon, making this an incredibly private area. One can use the farm for many purposes. It can be kept as a cattle farm, but one could also consider building houses or a remote Bed & Breakfast place. Due to the 116 meters (over 345 feet) of public road frontage, the farm can be split into some smaller parcels, allowing you to sell building lots, or build spec houses for sale. To get to this farm, it takes you just under an hour from San Ramon, a larger and fast growing city with all services one need (from supermarkets to hospitals etc.). The last 3.6 km (3.2 miles) of road leading up to the farm is a well maintained gravel road. Electricity can be found at 400 meters distance, as is running water.
