The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (two completely renovated), an open kitchen, a pool (w/out a filter –the type you fill up and empty after the week end), and a small glorietta right at the edge of the beach. The land is – 20m of beach front x 60 meters or so of depth.
