Each of the 8 condominiums with communal swimming pool comprising a total individual floor area of 2100 square feet, consist of 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms, a large tiled verandah encompassing the dining area, outdoor lounging area and breakfast bar. All living areas will include hard wood polished floors, pickled white ceilings on the upper level condominium and textured painted ceilings on the ground floor.
