Seventy percent of the building foundation and super structure are constructed of reinforced concrete and concrete block, and the other thirty percent constructed of timber. The timber section of the building has 1"x6" side board on the exterior and ply on the interior. The roof materials consist of galvanized iron sheeting on timber purlin, T1-11 ply ceiling and exposed timber rafters. The finishes used on the building are cement render and paint. Some of the floor and wall areas shall be finished with ceramic tiles.
