The Denmark Hill Villa-- Our historic villa was originally built in 1837. After undergoing various additions, renovations and surviving several hurricanes, the estate was in need of a major rebuilding. After purchasing the property in December of 2004, we began the ambitious renovation project. Over a year later the project is nearing completion. The builder was able to retain the polished mahogany floors, high ceilings and incredible views of the town and harbor below. Behind the walls of the estate, you will find a luxurious home encompassing approximately 4,000 square feet of air-conditioned space and another 4,000 square feet of coral stone terraces overlooking the sea. The home has the highest-end finishes and is complimented by elaborate mouldings. On the upper level are the living, dining, kitchen and powder room. This villa takes the best of both. This property is located only eight minutes away from Magen’s Bay yet still just above town. From here you can walk to shops, restaurants, historic synagogue, churches and European architecture of centuries past.
